Cancellation Policy
Your time is valuable—and so is mine.
When you book an appointment at Vibrant Skin Esthetics, that time is reserved just for you. In return, I kindly ask that you honor it by providing at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit.
If you need to reschedule and give at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred once and will remain valid for up to 30 days from the original appointment date.

A deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount may vary based on the service booked.

The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. I accept Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major credit/debit cards.

If you’re running behind, contact me as soon as possible. Clients who arrive more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or receive a shortened service to avoid impacting the next guest.
