Your time is valuable—and so is mine. When you book an appointment at Vibrant Skin Esthetics, that time is reserved just for you. In return, I kindly ask that you honor it by providing at least 24 hours’ notice for any changes or cancellations. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. If you need to reschedule and give at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred once and will remain valid for up to 30 days from the original appointment date. ⸻ Deposit Policy A deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit amount may vary based on the service booked. Deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred one time with at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit. ⸻ Payment Methods The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. I accept Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay, and all major credit/debit cards. ⸻ Grace & Communication I understand that life happens—emergencies and unexpected things come up.
